Where Does All the Water Go? History, Hydrology and Management of New Mexico’s Scarce Waters
We delighted to host the conference in southwestern New Mexico for the first time. We have an impressive lineup of speakers to address our theme and the conference offers a special oppotunity to learn about how New Mexico manages its water resources with an eye toward the future.
Former NM Senator Bingaman will present the Albert E. Utton Memorial Water Lecture at the noon luncheon on October 6 at the historic Murray Hotel located downtown.
